Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

All Boro is a busy restoration, remediation, and construction company. We are seeking a Full-time dependable, organized Administrative Assistant that will work in the front end of the office. 

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and greeting guests and visitors
• Assist the Project Manager in schedule jobs and subs  
• Administrative support for the Accounting Department.
• Maintain and update vendor and sub insurance and other paperwork
• Interact with Clients as needed
• Office Filing
• Managed receipts from all purchasing
• Input jobs into our software and upload any documents that is necessary 
• Keep WC binder up to date
• Must be fluent in Microsoft office and willing to learn our software (Dash)

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Attributes:

• Positive attitude, team player and a high level of professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and reliable
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Attention to detail and grammar in written work, attention to detail in all other areas of responsibility.
• Must be highly organized, motivated and a self-starter with an aptitude for learning.
• Must be a diligent and focused
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, demonstrate adaptability by often changing assignments on short notice.
• Timely regarding hours and attendance. 8am-5pm 1 hour lunch May need after hours if an emergency comes in
• Hard worker.

Description:

• Sales experience in the restoration and remediation industry.
• As Territory Sales Representative, you are a key team member promoting our business and brand. You are responsible for proactively generating sales and cultivating customer relationships.
• Create a relationship and promote our commercial and residential services to Housing Authority, Property Managers, Insurance Adjusters/ Agents, Plumbing Companies, Home Inspectors, etc. so that they will recommend our company to their clients, and within their own networks.
• Identify and develop great rapport with new and existing referral sources.
• Network locally at functions and any other local associations you can join.
• Maintaining customer data and sales activity in our CRM system.
• Develop sales strategies and help develop sales presentation materials.
• Confidently promote our company and brand through face-to-face meetings.
• Represent our company at industry trade shows and promotional events.
• Develop, make, and maintain monthly marketing routes.
• Provide excellent customer service and be able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with our referral sources and trade partners.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services and stay current with market trends.

Requirements: 

• 2 years of previous experience working in a sales role and or as a business development representative, preferably outside sales.
• Computer skills, including internet knowledge and working proficiently in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database applications.
• Proven, successful sales track record.
• Ability to maintain a quality and service-oriented attitude.
• Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative.
• Xactimate experience a strong plus.
• Certification a plus 
• Must be available for emergencies (nights, weekends)

Project Manager

All Boro is a Remediation, Restoration, Construction company based on LI. We service LI and the 5 Boroughs. We are a 24/7 company

• Plan out and have a pre-production meeting with the salesperson
• Schedule jobs accordingly using our software
• Check on all on-going jobs from day-to-day and make sure everything is running smoothly
• Make sure all material is ordered and sent to the job site
• Weekly meetings with the field staff
• Stay in touch with accounting for costing on all jobs
• Must be available for emergencies that may come in (Nights, weekends, etc.)
• Must pay close attention to detail
• Must be computer literate and smartphone efficient
• We service medium to large jobs but will service smaller jobs as well
• Snow removal, set up and manage all crews accordingly.
